Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below. Defined terms appear in bold on their first substantive use within each clause.

To open and maintain an account on oce69, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuous basis thereafter:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia or otherwise accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is not prohibited under applicable local law.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee or director of oce69 or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must not be self-excluded from the platform or any affiliated gambling service.
• You must not have had a prior oce69 account closed for breach of these Terms & Conditions.

oce69 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period will result in suspension or closure of the relevant account and forfeiture of any Bonus Funds held therein.

Each individual person may hold only one registered account on oce69. Opening duplicate accounts — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances held within them.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, valid email address, and active Indonesian mobile phone number. You must update your account information promptly if any of these details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party, allow any other person to use your account, or access another player's account. Any activity conducted through your account — whether by you or by a third party who gained access through your credentials — is your responsibility.

oce69 will never contact you to request your password. If you receive any such request purportedly from oce69, treat it as fraudulent and notify our support team immediately at [email protected].

All deposits and withdrawals on oce69 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). oce69 does not accept foreign currency transfers. The platform supports the following payment methods:

• Bank Transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia)
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

Minimum Deposit: Rp 20.000 for e-wallet transfers; Rp 50.000 for bank transfers. Minimum amounts may vary by active promotion and will be stated on the deposit screen at the time of transaction.

Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed within 5 minutes to 24 hours under normal operating conditions, subject to completion of KYC verification (see § 08). oce69 targets a median withdrawal processing time of under 15 minutes for verified accounts. Processing times may be extended during national public holidays in Indonesia, peak traffic periods, or where a withdrawal triggers an enhanced fraud review.

Withdrawal Requirements: You must deposit and wager a minimum of your deposit amount at least once before a withdrawal of Real Money Funds will be processed. This requirement exists to prevent abuse of the payment infrastructure and is not a Wagering Requirement as defined in § 05.

oce69 reserves the right to impose transaction limits, request additional documentation, or delay processing of any deposit or withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms & Conditions.

oce69 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the point of each offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this clause. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and this clause, the specific promotion terms prevail.

Wagering Requirements: Unless a promotion is explicitly stated to be "no wagering", all Bonus Funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement. The applicable multiplier (e.g., 20x, 30x) and eligible games will be stated in full on the promotion detail page before you claim any offer. Only wagers on eligible games count toward fulfilling a Wagering Requirement.

Validity Periods: All bonuses and associated Wagering Requirements must be completed within the validity period stated on the promotion. Bonus Funds and associated pending winnings that remain unwagered at the expiry of the validity period will be removed from your account automatically.

Game Weightings: Different game categories may contribute at different rates toward Wagering Requirements. Live casino tables, for example, may contribute at 10% while slots contribute at 100%. Full game weighting tables are published on each promotion's detail page.

• A player may hold only one active welcome bonus at a time.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash equivalent until Wagering Requirements are met in full.
• oce69 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at its reasonable discretion, with notice provided to affected players where practicable.
• Attempting to abuse the bonus system — including through multi-accounting, coordinated betting, or exploiting promotional errors — constitutes prohibited conduct under § 07 and will result in account closure.

All bets placed on oce69 — whether on sportsbook markets, live casino tables, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws, slot games, or crash games — are subject to the specific rules of the relevant product, published within each game or market interface, in addition to these general Terms & Conditions.

Sportsbook: Bets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant event as published by the recognised governing body (e.g., FIFA for football, BWF for badminton). In the event that a match or event is suspended, abandoned, or rescheduled, oce69's settlement rules for that sport category will apply. Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets require all selections to be settled as wins for the accumulator to pay out; a void selection reduces the accumulator to the remaining legs.

Live Casino: All live casino games operated by Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and partner studios are governed by the rules published within each game interface. oce69 accepts the studio's game result as final. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game round, the round will be completed and settled according to the studio's disconnection policy.

Slots & RNG Games: All RNG-based games are independently certified for fairness. Published RTP figures represent the theoretical long-term return and do not guarantee any individual session outcome. Each game round is an independent event; previous results have no bearing on future outcomes.

oce69 reserves the right to void any bet where: (a) a pricing error is evident; (b) the outcome was known to the bettor at the time the bet was placed; (c) the bet was placed after the official event start time despite the market remaining open due to a technical error; or (d) there is reasonable evidence of match-fixing or event manipulation.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on oce69 and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances, including Real Money Funds where there is evidence of fraud or money laundering:

• Opening more than one account, whether in your own name or using the identity of another person.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to place bets, exploit bonus offers, or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting or coordinated betting strategies designed to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome across multiple accounts or platforms.
• Colluding with other players in live poker, live casino games, or any other competitive game format.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or platform vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Providing false identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform to launder money, finance terrorism, or conduct any other illegal financial activity.
• Registering an account on behalf of another person, or allowing a third party to operate your account.

oce69 employs automated fraud detection systems that monitor account activity continuously. Where suspicious patterns are detected, oce69 may place a temporary hold on an account pending manual review. During any such review, the affected player will be notified by email and invited to provide clarifying information.

oce69 applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to all accounts. KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal request is processed and may be requested at any point during the account lifecycle at oce69's reasonable discretion.

To complete KYC verification, you will be required to provide:

• Proof of Identity: A clear colour photograph or scan of a valid Indonesian government-issued identity document — National ID Card (KTP), Passport, or Driver's Licence (SIM).
• Proof of Address: A document confirming your current residential address in Indonesia, issued within the last three months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence from a government body).
• Proof of Payment Method: Evidence that the deposit payment method (bank account or e-wallet) is registered in your own name — for example, a bank statement header page or a screenshot of the registered e-wallet profile screen.

Documents must be legible, unedited, and in colour. oce69 will process KYC submissions within 24 hours under normal conditions. All identity documents are stored and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at https://oce69.cam/privacy-policy.

oce69 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The following player-protection tools are available to all registered accounts at no charge and can be activated at any time from the account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit cap. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time-Out: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. During a time-out, you cannot log in, deposit, or place bets.
• Reality Check Reminders: Receive an on-screen notification at regular intervals (30 minutes, 60 minutes, or 120 minutes) displaying your current session duration and net win/loss position.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account and request exclusion from all future oce69 marketing communications. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for a minimum period of 6 months.

All content on the oce69 platform — including but not limited to the oce69 name and logo, website design, page layouts, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, odds data, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of oce69 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable international intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the oce69 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any platform content; reverse-engineer any software or game engine; use any oce69 trademark, logo, or brand identifier without prior written consent; or scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the platform.

Any unauthorised use of oce69's intellectual property constitutes an infringement and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, oce69 shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or data arising from platform downtime, maintenance windows, or technical failures beyond oce69's reasonable control.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja.
• Losses arising from a player's failure to maintain the security of their login credentials.
• Decisions made by a player in reliance on information published on the platform, including odds, statistics, or promotional descriptions.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, however caused, even if oce69 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

oce69's total aggregate liability to any player under these Terms & Conditions — regardless of the legal basis of the claim — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

oce69 may suspend or permanently close a player account at any time and without prior notice where:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• oce69 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• The player has provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Continued operation of the account would expose oce69 to regulatory, reputational, or legal risk.
• The player has not logged into their account for a continuous period of 12 months (inactive account).

Upon closure for breach, oce69 reserves the right to confiscate all Bonus Funds and, where fraud or money laundering is confirmed, to withhold Real Money Funds pending law enforcement referral. Where an account is closed for a non-breach reason (e.g., at the player's own request or due to inactivity), any verified Real Money Funds balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within 5 business days.

Players may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting our support team. All pending bet settlements will be completed before the account closure is finalised.

oce69 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect, except where a shorter notice period is required by law or is necessitated by urgent regulatory or security reasons.

The most current version of these Terms & Conditions will always be available at https://oce69.cam/terms-conditions. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with § 12.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which oce69 holds its international operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties will be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognised international arbitration body.

Nothing in this clause prevents oce69 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.

Players in Indonesia acknowledge that online gambling operates in a legally restricted environment domestically and accept sole responsibility for ensuring their use of oce69 is consistent with their personal legal obligations.
